Introducing Elissa Berry, AIDR Project Officer

Elissa is the new AIDR Project Officer, Knowledge Delivery and Curation. She is joining the team having previously worked as a policy officer with the National Recovery and Resilience Agency. Prior to this, Elissa spent fifteen years working as a frontline Paramedic. Elissa is passionate about disaster risk reduction and building resilient communities, committing to her career change through postgraduate studies in planning for natural hazards and community leadership and resilience. Elissa will be assisting with knowledge delivery and curation, specifically developing content for the AIDR knowledge hub and delivery of AIDR’s professional development webinars.
