New book on Urban Planning for Climate Change
Emeritus Professor Barbara Norman has published a new book, Urban Planning for Climate Change. It tackles the future challenges and opportunities for planning our cities and towns in a changing climate, and recommends key actions for more resilient urban futures.
The book focuses on urban planning as fundamental to action on climate change and features 10 recommendations on essential actions for urban planning for climate change. It also includes suggestions to inspire the next generations to embrace these opportunities with creativity and innovation.
