AIDR encourages interested groups and organisations to apply for a place in Resilience Lane by completing the Expression of Interest form on this page.

Resilience Lane is a welcoming space where not-for-profit and community-focussed organisations can showcase their resilience-building projects and services. It is a destination for conference delegates looking to connect with like-minded people and organisations. Many creative collaborations have been sparked in Resilience Lane in previous years.

What is included and not included

A Resilience Lane exhibition POD does include:

• 2m (W) x 3m (D) exhibitor space in Resilience Lane
• Sign displaying organisation logo and name
• Printing and installation of your organisation's supplied artwork on wall panels in allocated POD space
• Brochure stand, ottoman, and lockable cabinet
• Exhibition POD set up including lighting and connection to power supply
• Onsite catering during the Exhibition (available during program breaks)
• Exhibitor passes for your organisation's staff and volunteers to access the Exhibition Hall
• An invitation to the Exhibitor/Sponsors Awards and Networking Function (evening of Monday 17 August) 

A sponsored place does not include:

• Public Liability insurance
• Travel, accommodation, and any other costs incurred
• Access to the Australian Disaster Resilience Conference, the AFAC26 Gala Dinner, or the AIDR Professional Development Program. Please note that these events require separate registration and payment

Resilience Lane exhibition times

Exhibitors are required to staff their stands during exhibition opening hours:

• Tuesday 18 August, 1.00pm - 8.00pm (to be set up by 12.30pm)
  - this includes the AFAC Welcome Function from 6.00pm - 8.00pm
• Wednesday 19 August, 9.00am - 7.00pm
  - this includes AIDR's Networking Function from 5.30pm - 7.00pm
• Thursday 20 August, 9.00am - 3.30pm
